The pillows smelled of sweat, the floor was slippery like it was freshly mopped but it wasn't fixed. To my surprise, the bathroom door was closed. But water can come out after I take a shower. Flooding.

Maybe the AC remote and TV were refurbished. Kemarnan remote AC for plus and minus does not work. Finally the second day moved rooms.

There is no remote AC in the room, the bedroom and bathroom need to be renovated to make it look clean and nice. For a pretty location close to Nagoya Hill.

Not appropriate with the photo on the Traveloka ad. Not clean, lots of piles of used goods. There is no tissue room, the drinking water in the room is not provided, the stuffy room, bed sheets, pillows and blankets should have been replaced ... for me it's disappointing. "

The room is clean, spacious, the air conditioner is cold, there are dispensers outside the room so you can fill bottled drinking water at any time. And the hotel is close to shopping centers / malls, more importantly the room rates are cheap.

There’s no hot water in the shower. It’s hard to plug your charger in the hotel. Please change your electricity plug. I can feel the spring on the bed, It hurts my body

Complaints related to AC that cannot be set. Get the answer "indeed have to be patient to set AC". You're crazy, it's coded thousands and consumers are told to be patient. The staff just can't set. Pillows, pillowcases, sheets are dingy. The advantage of this hotel is that it only wins a strategic location. Hopefully in the future customer service will be improved.
