My experience. I booked the room with the cheapest price, I thought every room would have an ensuite bathroom, but the one I booked didn't have a bathroom. In the end, I negotiated with the receptionist, long story short, I added 50% (I booked 2 rooms) for each room. And I got a room with an attached bathroom. As for cleanliness, it is very dirty. In the cupboard there were lots of used contraceptives (condoms) in the bathroom, lots of the shower was broken (not suitable) and the toilet was also broken.

Unprofessional, I paid in full on the application, until the hotel said the rooms were full, even though the online agent had informed me but the reason was that the morning shift was not informed about the night shift, it was the hotel's fault. Ask for more on the grounds that the remaining rooms available are better. What the hell, unreasonable and unprofessional. Don't worry, just book at this hotel once.

It was written that the room I ordered had air conditioning in the bathroom inside, it turned out that at the front of the reception there was no air conditioning and the bathroom outside was like a boarding house! I'm really sorry because it can't be canceled, I have to add a decent amount of money to get a place with air conditioning, and where the bathroom is, the water is really bad, it's very small, it's hard to take a shower.

It's a shame but this is the first time I'm disappointed, please have a clearer info, because it turns out that the bathroom is outside even though for the type of room I chose the bathroom is inside, and be more careful about choosing a room, Usually it says fan or AC, it turns out in the info the details are without an AC kettle or fan, only empty, that is, the cooking fare is more expensive for the outside and the fan than for the air conditioner and the inside.
