Clean room atmosphere. Comfortable. Might need to provide hunger in the cupboard. For enough showers, in the future maybe a better shower can be provided.

The rooms are clean, with prices in the range of 150, there is really warm water. It's just when I bought the promo price, when I checked-in it said the application promo had run out so I added 20 thousand

The room is quite clean, only the lack of bed linen does not seem to be replaced because there are a lot of hairs, also on the sheets there are yellow spots and blood spots, fortunately bring your own mat. the bathroom is okay, warm water works well, tv is also okay, security is okay the atmosphere is also calm.

The price arrived "went up at check in .. The room booked did not exist so they were told to upgrade the room so there was an additional fee.

I have to add another check-in fee, the receptionist said the price at Traveloka didn't update, finally we added a fee and got the room type below, because the type I chose added quite a lot, and the problem wasn't quite there, I checked in at 21.00 and the water is not on, until the next day at 09.00, during which time I and other guests have to queue at the toilet (not the bathroom) beside the receptionist, I appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms is good but this is not enough to replace my disappointment, there should be at least a service recovery during the water is dead, how come the inn until the water dies, it should be alert if there are conditions like that, tks

When purchasing, you have chosen a double bed type (1 room 2 people). but when checking in gets a single (1 room 1 person). the clerk said if it was no longer a promo and for double bed rooms you had to add an additional fee for the upgrade. because it comes by yourself so you don't add the cost of choosing a single room. room availability and price should be appropriate. and this does not happen. disappointing.
