The AC is not cold, the room is dirty, the bathroom is dirty and the toilet toilet doesn't work, bad experience, not recommended.

When we arrived at the hotel we were asked for 20 thousand if we wanted to use AC, excluding the application price. Even though the application is clear, one of the room facilities ordered already has air conditioning.

The toilet can't be flushed. Wifi is only available on the floor below the receptionist. In the upstairs rooms there is no wifi.

I didn't stay overnight, I couldn't mediate for a refund. The condition of the hotel is an old hotel with dust everywhere, just like a building that has been abandoned for a long time. Please online agents do not collaborate with this accommodation, it will harm many people.

The other staff is less friendly except Ms. Lestari is very friendly. The rooms are rather dirty and the bathroom is poorly maintained. A bit haunted too. My wife and child are afraid there. Sorry for repairing the hotel.
