It ' s an affordable place, nice and polite staffs, the cleanliness of the bathroom could be better, but it ' s a budget hotel, so I can't complain about it. The only concern is the key card, if you stay with yourself then it ' s not a problem, but if you stay with your family then you can't leave them in the room, because your card is the only thing that can access the elevator and electricity in the room.

I just feel like this hotel isn't the right fit for me. The environment around the hotel isn't very friendly, with an old town style that isn't very neat. The hotel itself is okay, and the food is decent, but I find the interior a bit odd. You have to fill the water bottle in the dispenser yourself, so you don't get free bottled water like in other usual hotels. Additionally, I don't like one of the receptionists; He isn't very friendly and is sarcastic towards me. I understand that procedures are important, but when dealing with customers, ensuring they feel comfortable and being more empathetic would be appreciated.

Regarding the drinking water that we do not provide in the rooms, we do indeed refer to the government 's appeal to be concerned about reducing plastic waste (Eco Friendly) on the earth, therefore as a substitute we provide glass drinking bottles that can be filled with mineral water from each dispenser provided. We provide them on every floor and corridor so that our guests can refill them at any time. We glad we could hear our guest input for our improvement, we do apology for the inconvenience things that might not met your requirement. We have note this and deliver to concern department. The room facility is great and can function properly, a drinking water dispanser is available outside of the room, the soap for shower also available, the toilet seat is great, it has a switch that activate a nozzle to clean your bottom: D. So far the only bad experience did I encounter is there is"tukang becak"that stationed at the exit gate that ask me for money every single time he sees me and at one point even hit me with his fist cause I refuse to give him money.

Besides being close to the atomic market and itc, there are several places that can be scheduled to visit, such as; Heroes Monument, Red Bridge, HM Sampoerna Museum, Tunjungan Plaza or even taking time to Suramadu Bridge which is only about 6 km away.

Water for shower smelly, towel is not clean. New towel giving by house keeping, still wet from laundry. House keeping is not the one who supposed asked the guest for extend stay or not, it is really unappropriate especially it should be already updated with whole team from receptionist who handle check in that guest in specific room staying date. It is really dissapointed, they knock the door and asking if I stay extend or not.
