The staff especially the receptionist never ask me about the room what I want like smoking or not smoking since I want to check in. Then they give me a smoking room. Of course, I want to change the room because I'm not smoking. And when I say I want to change the room and why didn't ask me about smoking or not smoking? She looks unfriendly and looks grumpy at me. That is why I just say in here if work on hospitality should be friendly with all customers because that is very important and even not do something wrong or wring just say sorry. That it's my experience in the red star hotel … I hope not to be like that in the future. Thank you so much ….
