Please make kitchen set complete. There's no scissors, no mug, only small cup and no glass also. You have to check standard room services ready for guess. The rest. Good staff, and you have comfy bad bath room.

Stayed a total of 4 nights at Halo Jae. 2 nights with a big family (8 adults+ 1 infant) and 2 nights was just with our main family (2 adults + 1 infant) overall our stay was pleasant. Service was good, we got upgraded to Madera house as our room stunk linked cigarettes for the first two nights. We moved back to our studio (Jae 3) for the remainder of the trip after the room been deep cleaned a couple of times. The hotel was fairy clean but it could do with better pipes maintenance and upgrade on the Jae side. Please be advice that this hotel is quite far from Bandung town and the road to get there isn't the best. So travelling with an infant and older adults might be difficult. The place also isn't infant/wheelchair friendly. They didn't even have a baby chair or crib on premises. However, if you're looking for a remote getaway and be off-grid this is definitely the place to stay! The air was cold and clean and some of the rooms had an amazing view.

Good place, but better staycation for at least two nights so you can feel the ambience of this nice place to freshen yourself up. Service was good, all staffs were so helpful. Security will guard the area 24/7.
