No clean at all for bed and rest room. Cocroaches ready to welcoming. Soap not available. Breakfast is okay even serves for tea and grill rice cakes. Need to be improved and learn from other well lodging.

the receptionist wasn't ready yet when we arrived in night. many guests complaint the room wasn't clean yet when they arrived at their room.. and this was happened to me and my family as well. the carpet untidy and dump.. the AC wasn't working properly.. the bathroom is old and gross.. too much crack and spider web.. and the worst my baby got bitten by cockroach in the middle of the night in the bed. this hotel reach top notch level of unsatisfactory and quite a humiliation for it guests..

Receptionist and all attendants were friendly, polite and helpful. A hotel location was good, closed to small restaurants. Hotel compound was beautiful from outside look. Lobby was well decorated that exhibit Keraton touch. However, the rooms were not well equipped with furnitures. Bathrooms were not good, warm water didn't work. WiFi was available only at the lobby. Breakfast was not sufficiently provided for eligible customers. The price that was almost doubled with original rate due to high season was really not worthed.
