At a low budget, this guest house provides a pretty convenient accommodation. The place is easy to locate and the service is quick, helpful and friendly. I had to reschedule my stay and when I called to inform about it the receptionist was very helpful, I didn't get any difficulty with it. I came several hours earlier than the check-in time yet the receptionist once again was very helpful and let me get into my room immediately. I highly recommend this guest house for anyone who needs to stay in a low budget hotel near UPI but still want a place that's worth it.
