The family room was beyond my expectations. Strategic location. Affordable rates. The hotel/parking staff cleaned my car. Breakfast was not included in our rate but we were able to find kangbubur near the hotel by car. But the linens are not clean, the pillows are too thin. Overall, we enjoy our time in this hotel.

Upon arrival and check-in, the staff asked for us to wait while their staff made sure the rooms were ready. That was good. We stayed on the 2nd floor, the mountain view (on our way to our room) was refreshing. We could also see the mountain from our room window. No air-con, but not needed anyway, as the weather was already cool. They have hot water, which was great! The bathroom was clean, and we booked a room with 3 single beds placed next to each other. Perfect for our family. There's a cafe on the ground floor, we could sit and chat at the lobby while drinking coffee from the cafe.

I stayed here for the 2nd times with my family. It is always a pleasant experience to stay here. Bedroom is very spacious & clean. Bathroom also very clean & hot water is running, which is important for those who travels with babies. Although located beside main road of Lembang, but it 's not noisy since there are less vehicle passing in front of this hotel at night time. What impresses me is their security who washes our car early in the morning before we leave. Great service for value. Will definitely stay here again next time I comeback to Lembang.
