The staffs are super sweet and nice. the hotel room and everything are just perfectly complete, shakti hotel is obviously good. What matters most is their smiling service, the receptionists and front liners, all are good... they are super nice and smiley.

I just came back from work trip from out town and decided to take a rest in this hotel. They upgrade my room because I'm late check in. I love the room. Big and comfortable. What I like the most is the AC. So cold. The only thing that bother me is I can't get signal inside the room, so I must connect to hotel wifi.

The bad thing about this hotel was the parking service. I need to pay the parking bill per hour even tho I was staying at the hotel. Paid almost 100k rupiah for the parking because I stayed for a full day in this hotel.
