Staying at Shangri-La Hotel for two nights was a great experience. There are luxurious amenities, comfortable bedding, and excellent service from the hotel staff. This hotel may have a variety of restaurants and bars to choose from, as well as a fitness center and super wide swimming pool to have fun and unwind with kids & family.

Check in was smooth, all the staff is friendly and caring. Pak Regi, Pak Ari, Pak Ronal, Ms. Audrey, Pak Dimas, Ibu Ambar, is very very helpful and thoughtful. Never Disappointed with this hotel, best service, family friendly. Kids are happy with aquatic playground and room playground activities. Best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed for just a night but treated like a proper VVIP Guest! 5☆ treatment ever since check in until checkout (the receptionist even asked our room and location preference!). All our requests were provided perfectly, the breakfast was awesome, and the facilities were great. It was a joyous staycation! Thanks Shangri-La👍

The room was bright, fresh and clean, the staff was super friendly, responsive and mindful. Staying at Shangri-la was memorable especially for my daughter.

Semua staff ramah dan super duper sigap di semua area. Bahkan buat ngafalin namanya siapa-siapa aja udah ga bisa karena dari dateng sampe pulang semua luar biasa. Kebersihan ga ada lawan, bener-bener setiap sudut bahkan dalem laci yang segitu banyak semua ga ada debu. Makanan enak, terutama di afternoon tea dan evening cocktail (hanya tersedia you/kamar horizon club up). Pool juga manjain mata dan bersih, ada beberapa lifeguard yang beneran fokus mantau pengunjung. Kids activity banyak. Nekat booking di Shangri-La sebagai “self reward” bener-bener ga bikin nyesel. Mau kerja yang giat biar bisa paling ga setaun sekali balik sini. I love you Shangri-La.
