Simple Room at Puri Dewi Homestay

The room is so dirty, need to clean up. The service is not satisfying, there's no wifi and hot water.

I have booked 1 room for date December 16, 2019 and transferred. when I reach the location of the manager or say the room is full ... and when the owner is always called in contact is rejected .. very disappointing

It's not maintained well, especially the bathroom, the toilet can't be used. That price should be comfortable.

The room is not in accordance with what is in the photo. Very inappropriate. The first time I & my family arrived we were directed to the destination room, it looked shabby and "quiet" and there was a door in the room which turned out to be a dirty warehouse with one room, lighting too dark very dark scary horror :), no water in the bathroom ( the water is dead :) not flowing) then I was directed to the guesthouse guard in another place (still the goddess's castle) which was not far from the first place, in another room :) also not as expected. This room is dirty, there is a lot of dust here and there, above the wardrobe, and the sheets are also dirty dusty, lacking in lighting. The bathroom has no door. In the room there is no air conditioner but it uses a "fan" that looks like an air conditioner, ventilation is less, so it is very stuffy & hot. Electricity is repeatedly dead :). When my child showered suddenly the electricity was off, the water also died & it didn't start again :). Finally I decided to pack my belongings and stay at a nearby hotel :). Very disappointing :). It's a shame I didn't have time to take photos :)

There is no damage to the water, please repair it, then it can operate again.

Close to the hospital. so at that time I was a bit confused about where to go to the place. continue to open the Traveloka Site app. And it turns out there is a homestay near RS. The facilities are okay.

Not clean enough. At check-in no one is serving, even for 1 hour.

Bad service, I booked in an empty application, right until the location was full, and finally tried the owner's phone, which directed me to pick up my own key in the reception drawer and when I got the room key, I opened the room, which I found keep the reception instead sleeping in the room that I will occupy.

The location of the hotel is quite good, but the service is a little bit that needs to be repaired, such as rooms that are not ready at check-in, the extra bed prices so that the entry in the application will automatically change so that it has to re-negotiate. For others, it's enough.
