Hotel mengecewakan, masalah kamar lumayan nyaman, sedikit kotor pintu rusak bau kotoran kucing dan pelayan hotel/penjaga hotel tidak ramah, cuek, sepertinya bisu dan tuli, dari awal check in sampai out diam dan sibuk bermain mobile legend, tanpa ada sepatah kata apapun! Ditanya password WiFi diam dan tidak menjawab! Sayang sekali.

Clean rooms. The bathroom is okay too. There are hot water facilities. Where to go anywhere is also easy. Next to the hotel there is an Alfamart and Indomaret. OK with that price. Thanks.

The time in the room did not get drinking water at all. No toiletries. There are only towels. The towels are too small. Like a towel for jogging. But the most important thing is drinking water. Same toiletries. The drinking water said it was no longer provided then the toiletries could not be answered by the officer.

Seperti kamar kost yang disulap jadi penginapan. Tidak ada lahan parkir. Parkir di tepi jalan. Jam 8 pagi harus check out karena jalan tidak boleh untuk parkir. Kamar tidur kotor, ada sarang laba-laba. Tidak dapat sikat gigi & pasta gigi.

order for a family for 3 people, the bathroom is dirty not cleaned, the mattress looks like it hasn't been replaced the bed sheet because the smell of all the mattresses and pillows, the bathroom door is broken so when you close the bathroom from the inside it is difficult to open.

A very unpleasant experience, the staff did not know what hotel standards were. I am not a new person in the hotel industry, don't say that I have to check in at 14.00 if the existing room is available. Then the second is where there is a system that directly determines guest room reservations, you really talk without a brain. The third one complains about the inconvenience of staying or using it until guests complain to the direct application, because your staff is so stupid and doesn't know ethics. Don't let those of you who are checking in at this hotel want to be placed in Room 210. The bathroom is very dirty, then the smell from the sewer enters the room, also includes a window that makes light enter and hit our faces directly without any curtains. Finally, the staff did not care about guest items, when it rained, they did not change their helmets instead, they left them wet. That's not the nature and attitude or behavior of a hotel staff, thank you

I was hesitant because I read the review before I decided to stay here, it turned out that it was really recommended with a low budget, looking for easy food, Alpha Indo was there beside only the TV antenna which was not clear enough, everything else was ok laa

I understand what a budget hotel is and I didn't expect a lot. Everything was dirty. From the door handles to the bedsheets. The bathroom had mold and was in need of cleaning. The bedsheets had stains on them. On a plus note the staff were helpful.
