Saya dan keluarga setiap ke Banyuwangi selalu menginap di sini. Tempatnya rapi, bersih dan staff nya sangat ramah sekali. Tempat parkir sangat luas dan aman. Sekitar hotel juga mudah untuk mendapatkan tempat-tempat makan. So so happy banget deh.

The reception staff are not friendly, can&#39;t get hotel amenities (soap, toothbrush, toothpaste) the bathroom door can't be closed. Not really recommend.

The smelly pillow has dirt, it doesn't seem to have been replaced from the previous guest, the TV is branded, the air conditioner is decent, for the price according to the pocket, maybe in the future it can be noticed again for cleanliness, for Rama's staff and serving well.

There is a price. Dirty room, peeling paint, lots of ant nests, leaky ceiling, hot water does not turn on, ask to be repaired - the waiter is rather indifferent. I am disappointed.
