The room is dirty. Moss bathroom. The AC remote is broken. The TV remote for the volume was broken. And what was worse, I had just arrived and entered the room, had not yet laid down, I was still tired, suddenly 3 crew members knocked on the room door and asked "sorry sir, you didn't open BO, right"? Is it polite for a crew member to ask a guest like that? Please improve the service again. Prioritize being polite to customers.

Seriously dirty, AC wasn't cold, smelled musty, finally moved hotel.

The hotel room is very good for this price. For clean rooms, mattresses, blankets, pillows and towels are clean and fragrant. There is a fairly large mirror and a large wardrobe. The tv channels are also good and clear. The bathroom also has hot water available at any time. Can take a bath too. AC is also quite cold. It's just that the socket for the charger is quite far and there is only 1 stock on the table but there are 3 options for the plug.
