Bad service, cannot check out on early morning. I already make an appointment for cx out at 5am and I have waiting for an hour but the receptionist not come.

Room quite okay, clean. House keeper very helpful ,but no hanger ,no cabinet no table ,the bed still cover with plastic. Make me not comfortable but over all okay

Was staying for 3 nights. The room was clean enough, AC worked normally and the bathroom was clean as well. The only thing that need to improve is there was no clothes hanger both in the room or the bathroom. So I was confused where should I put towel and clothes.

I was very disappointed with the service at the residence, because to check it was already difficult because the officers were not there where I waited quite a long time, the officers were not friendly and when I checked out it was also difficult because the officers also did not carry ID cards until I was late Imprisoned, the service system must be repaired, thanks.

Stay here great. Unfortunately there are no hooks in the bathroom no hangers. There are also no windows. Hopefully tomorrow can be even better 😇

The guards were not friendly, I had to wait 2 hours to check-in, even though there was a bell and I had pressed many times, and the guard above was not going to go down, then I was not given an access code to get in and out, so that when I left or entered I have to tell the guards, and the really annoying guard didn't stay in his place for 24 hours and was very difficult to contact, I was in prison. When I wanted to check out, something similar happened to me by check-in, I had to wait for hours to call the guard, even though the guard was in his room, intentionally or not he did not want to go down to me. Then I was not allowed to wear footwear to go to the room, even though my room was on the 3rd floor, so I had to carry my shoes or sandals like someone was flooded. The worst point is located in the guards, unfriendly, difficult to contact, very jutek I will not stay here for the second or even the third time, like in prison.

The room is fairly clean, the service is lacking, the initial reservation can be on the 1st floor of the check-in turn to the 4th floor.
