There no other guest in this hotel, rate to high, room description completely wrong. Privacy from door and window was too exposed. I feel like sleep in aquarium. Hot water not work. Air con not work properly. Staff does not work their job.

Spacious, compy and super clean. Hotel staff are friendly and fast response. Strategic location near the University of Surabaya (UBAYA). The impression is homie like at home. For the Breakfast Menu you might be able to add a menu option or even better a simple breakfast menu such as Toast but the room price is adjusted. For the surrounding area there are also many 24-hour culinary options
