The facility is good, maintenance team also good. But one of the receptionist team no so polite when they said “anda menyepelekan kami ya & anda tidak menginap di apartemen ya”. D***! The hospitality's not like that dude!

Hmm. Can't compare with another hotel on high budget. But, the room was so dark and not too clean, there are many ants. And the bath room was dirty.

The room is big, but it ' s a shame the bed cover and bed linen are dirty and there are small small animals in the room, the bathroom is not like a hotel bathroom, the breakfast is also not good because it ' s ala carte, the restaurant is also dirty, this is the first and the last I stay at this hotel.

Please do enhancement for: clean up the toilet, repair wallpaper and vacumm the room, switch on ac in the main lobby. The good things: ac and fridge, cold enough.
