Hotel Jayakarta SP is a good place to stay. Great location and relatively large room size for its price. Good for short business trip.

Actually the hotel design was great, aesthetic with old style design, but there's a lot need to be improved. The cleanliness of the room was not good, the window was so dusty, there's a lot of ants everywhere, when we came the toilet flush didn't working but they resolve the problem quickly. This hotel was 4 ⭐️ hotel but feel like 2 ⭐️ hotel. If not because the promo and cheap price also the quick response, maybe I'm not satisfied at all. Oh the phone in the room not working, so we need to go to the lobby to complain (kind of exhausted). Overall, it's just a decent stay, not great. But thank you. Hope you can revitalize the overall hotel to be more clean and good.

Disappointed when arriving hotel give me a twin bedroom when specifically asking when booking that I requested 1 large bed and the room they gave does not have towels and I have to ask and waited 1hr to have that. PROS: AC, TV, hot shower, coffee maker, all worked well CONS: MOSQUITO everywhere, electricity outlet some doesn't worked, slightly uncleaned bedsheet

Poor responses from the hotel. Made multiple requests for extra towels and hair dryer but all went unanswered. Called multiple lines from housekeeping to room service to operator during morning hours and did not receive any reply. Cut our losses and forfeit 5 days stay to book another hotel down the road. I guess you get what you pay for though. The location is actually good but the service can be way better.
