We have a family Staycation in Jayakarta Hotel this weekend, the Junior Suite room is spacious with Sofa Bed. The staff were Helpful with great hospitality. The breakfast was not varied enough but taste quite good. I loved the swimming pool it had kids pool, and jacuzzi with warm water. They also had Play ground near the pool, and cute little tikes mini car that we can borrow. Overall we love Jayakarta hotel, thank you...

It's very kids and family-friendly ! The hotel also provide baby cot (baby box) for my son, they have car toys for kids that they can ride around the pool area, the room it self is cozy with nice bathtub on it. I will consider to stay here again for my next vacation with my son.

The room is spacious, you can smoke on the balcony, it's clean, the service is good, the only thing lacking is the breakfast. It's too Indonesian and the taste is just so-so.

The room was lovely! However, I kind of hope they offer more options for the breakfast or at least make it warmer and tastier. Overall, I do hope that the property will improve the facilities such as the lift and the pool.

It was incredibly dirty and when I entered the bedsheets there were very fresh stains. Then I called all the numbers but no one answered, had to go down and report to the receptionist. At that time we checked in at 9 pm, thought we could just sleep, had to change the bedsheets first. Everything was dirty, the slippers were also used by someone else. They said it was a 4-star hotel... Honestly, I was disappointed, because I got a hotel voucher from my family, so I just used it. The room proved its title difficult. The breakfast was very minimal, the toilets were destroyed... It was not appropriate for the price of a room of 960,000 thousand, enough once in a lifetime... Still winning a 500 thousand 3-star hotel but their service and food were more than 5 stars.

Staying at Jayakarta Hotel with family after Eid holiday, occupancy is quite high but the check in process is relatively fast and assisted by the agile FO staff. The room was upgraded and the room was clean and the amenities are quite complete. The hotel atmosphere is quite calm and close to places to eat in Dago. There are play area facilities near the pool for children. The food is quite varied but the taste can be improved. Overall quite satisfying to stay at this hotel.
