Billion thanks for wonderful experience that I had during my stay at Ritz-Carlton Pacific Place, specially for Ms. Audrey, Ibnu, Nadira, Nathasa, Vanessa, kadek, Salome, Santya, Kim and Mami Audrey) and Club Lounge team. Everything was great, even though I'm a residences Guest but Hotel staff gave me excellent service (beyond my expectation) Surely I will be back to this Lovely Hotel.

The service was okay. But the furniture, the fixture, and the amenities not worth the money. The place are too expensive for such place. Please do CAPEX for the sake of the name of Ritz Calrton. The TV in the living room, the channel, Ritz. You can do better than that.
