Holiday
The staff on front desk is friendly, but when I call from ext phone from bedroom and the security answer the phone, his have a bad attitude. I haven't finished yet to talk and his already hang up the phone.

I had the best stay here. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. There 's even fully-equipped kitchen. Love it! The staffs here are super friendly and helpful. I have no complaint except maybe the wi-fi connection could be better. Other than that, everything 's satisfying. Will definitely come back!

I don't know why this time I got the worst room ever, its on the 3rd floor, first is the heatwater didn't work, second the AC so HOT like I have to wait until evening to get room cold and somehow the air is smell bad like from toilet, the tap from sink is leaking and the TV even is not working that the remote may be out of battery! I don't think I will back again there.

A nice place to stay! Ambience, location, customer service are excellent. It doesn't feel like stay at a hotel at all. It feels like being at home instead. Definitely will come back in the future!

Staying at this hotel was satisfying as always. Stinky smell was coming out of drains in the shower room during my stay. That is the only thing I didn't like about this hotel.
