This place is truly a hidden gem in lembang area. The entrance road is quite small for two cars and there was a steep elevation. Entrance gate into the resort was also small nearly unnoticeable, but once entered inside the design and layout of the resort is quite beautiful and neat. Parking area was quite spacious, fit for 15-20 cars. There are several tent located strategically facing a valley with great view. I stayed with my family at the Svada tent, it was comfortable. The bathroom was especially clean and well maintained. If possible I would have opted for the cabin but at that time it was not available yet. This place is a very good place to have family gathering because the facilities are very diverse: pool table, badminton, trampoline, ietc.

The room is spacious and clean. The view is MasyaAllah. The staff are very kind and good and responsive. Definitely will come back soon! Keep up the good work!

Smooth check-in, hotel fulfilled our request to be assigned the tent at Netra 10. It was raining very heavily when we arrived but hotel staff were kind enough to take us to the tent using a Jeep and there were toys we could borrow free of charge from the lobby to use in our tent. Room was spotless and bathroom was clean with functioning hot water. We booked a BBQ package costing IDR350,000 which came with plenty of meat and vegetables and tasted okay. My only suggestion is to have more than just swings and trampolines in the playground, but other than that, it was a wonderful stay! Highly recommended

The place was great … landscape around was good. Very cold cause all night was raining when we stayed there. The water heater are worst … not more than 1minute the water changed to cold, I have to on and off the water tab to get hot water again, but useless. The food not quite good.

It was great experience staying here. The ambience is great. And the hospitality is also so good. It is recommended to stay here for family that want to have holidays but bored with hotel ambiance. The nature feel is good but still get the cleanness.
