First time after we've checked in, I requested additional 1 towel but they have kept me waiting without any information, after 3x times call to receptionist and 45 mnt we got the"1 towel". The building and the inside is quite old. The breakfast quite various.

Room is spacious but you can tell that it is old. The bottom of the doors were falling off, and the bath tub area has visible black spots. Lights were very dim. Overall I enjoyed my stay, but I'd rather stay in a newer and bright lighted room on my next trip.

Breakfast not cheap but really so so and limited choice, no choice for kid at all, compare to other newer hotel and its breakfast price, Verwood hotel can actually make its breakfast better (since it is not cheap compare to other 4 star hotel) while the cleanliness and room aging (toilet, bathtub etc) definitely cannot beat other newer hotels. (compared to same 4 stars hotel).
