When I wanted to sleep there was a musty smell. I thought it was my clothes or my child. But it turned out to be from my pillowcase. Luckily I brought my own pillow. The pillow was also very limp. It should have been better

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the room is comfortable, but it's a bit not soundproof. So sounds from other rooms can be heard.

The towels have holes and lots of patches. The towels are not suitable. The room view faces the roof of the building.

The price vs accommodation is really worth it, the staff is friendly, check in & out is fast, can get a room upgrade without charge, the room facilities are worth it according to my expectations.

The service is very good and friendly.

As a budget hotel, there are many things that can be improved such as the cleanliness and tidiness of the environment and rooms. We came as a family around Maghrib, the check-in process was fast with a deposit of 100,000. To the room on the 5th floor using a lift that fits 4 people. It's a bit cramped if there are luggage. In the hallway to the lift, there is a trolley of dirty towels (I think it's inappropriate to show it near the lobby). Near the ground floor lift, there is a narrow toilet with a very dirty floor. It would be more fitting if it was placed in a more hidden area. The hallway to the room was actually intended to have an industrial concept, but the execution was not good. So it looks shabby, and once again the hallway is dirty and smells of cigarettes. The room door is dirty as if there are stains that have not been cleaned. The paint on the clothes rack has peeled off and there is a lot of rust. The room is not soundproof (we were on the 5th floor, the sound from the ground floor was still audible), the water heater (coffee/tea maker) was dirty so we washed it first before using it, toothpaste was only provided 1, the towels were very dirty (like old towels that were suitable for mopping), need to be repainted and the bathroom was stagnant. We ordered fried rice with sausage through room service (via WA) for 25,000/portion, the taste was quite good although it was not salty enough. In addition, there were other menus sent via WA. After knowing the taste of dinner, we decided not to have breakfast at the restaurant the next morning. Asked for a package and got a menu of rice, vermicelli and chicken (1 small piece). The rice was hard (like dry rice for fried rice). Overall, this hotel is worth trying if only to sleep at night (if you are tired and easy to sleep), not suitable for staycations or family vacations.

Good and comfortable place for family.

Smell of cigarettes & there are cigarette ashes on the bedside table & sheets, even though we ordered a non-smoking room. No jet shower, ablution tap. No clothes hangers in the bathroom. The room is not clean. Time to repaint the room, receptions n other rooms.

Recommended hotel in the Tuban area, nice, close to Tuban town square.

The main choice when visiting Tuban and highly recommended for staying.

First time we got room 311, and when we entered the room, cockroaches appeared from under the bed. We immediately asked to move to the receptionist and finally we were given a room that, thank God, was safe from cockroaches. But all night we were worried that the cockroaches would appear. The service was decent, the breakfast was okay, the location was okay even though it was a bit far from the city. The parking lot was spacious.

Clean room, clean bathroom, comfortable atmosphere, recommended.

Charis is one of the hotels that is worth staying at, but many times I don't know why the bathroom always has a distinctive smell, even though the room and so on are okay. Then you always get just 1 kid's tools, no sandals every time you stay here.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is quite good for resting. The exhaust fan in the toilet is noisy and the toilet smells a bit from the water drain.
