Di traveloka ada permintaan khusus, saya minta check in jam 8. Tapi mereka gak menerapkan, harus nunggu jam 2 siang? Bawa ortu lagi dan banyak barang. Menggembel d buat nya. Bagi yang mau ke sni jangan pernah buat permintaan khusus itu bagi mereka gak berlaku, dan staff nya muka cuek masam belum mandi lagi, sok dan sombong amat. Gak da baik dan sopan nya. Saran untuk wisma nya gak usah buat-buat permintaan khusus d halamn kalian, bagus d hapus aja. Dari pada orang mau check in atau apapun itu gak bsa dapat permintaan khusus itu. Ini aja d biarin nunggu sampai siang. Gak jelas wisma nya.

Foto yang di tampilkan tidak sesuai kenyataan, pelayanan tidak baik, di foto ada televisi ternyata tidak ada, AC tidak bagus. Aplikasi mulai buruk saya rasa, informasi nya tidak sesuai dengan hotel nya
