Front desk has no staff, when you ring the bell you get kitchen and cleaning staff coming to check you in. They have no clue about online booking. There is no register with online booking visitors information. The excuse they give is "hp is with marketing, marketing did not inform us". Then they are scared to call marketing running around like headless chicken. Dont even know the marketing number. Online bookers get ready to enjoy that kind of welcome when you go next time. to hotel, how to improve your service? 1. keep a front desk staff if that is too expensive then 2. maintain a book where you write the booking number and name of online bookings, with the date 3. train your kitchen staff so they will not run around like headless chicken

nice and cheap hotel, the staff were very friendly, I was ask for some favour and they are always ready to help. order for food are also cheap. but the room was not so big as I come with family.
