I'm request refund based on facts below. Facts 1- booking for family deluxe room. Guest are mother and 4 teenage daughters. Facts 2- air con faulty and leaking drop on bed. Attach photos. Facts 3-we complaint to receptionist and hotel give replacement room that separate mother and daughters. We cannot accept because we book family deluxe room, we want the same replacement. But hotel never accommodate with the same replacement. Reason we cannot accept because mother and 4 teenage daughters don't want to separate due to safety of daughters.
