Such a good and clean place for take some rest after flight or before your flight, clean bed sheet and they provide some snack and coffee at lounge area. The small thing from me is the carpet in our room must be more vacum to maintain and keep guest comfy, Thank you and keep it up!

Service was excellent, however my bed as well as the one from next door is constantly giving noises even with a slight movement. Someone is dragging their luggage up and down the stairs making lots of noises in the night too.

Comfy and clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The power plugs are very functional. You don't need travel adaptor and it has USB-A and USB-C connection. They provided towel, drinking water, dental and sleeping kits.

I got the wrong hotel. It should be level side, but I went to air side. Even though they still accepted, they made an excuse for me. Thank you

The hotel is inside the T2 building, near Door 1 (level 1, for bus waiting area), so no need to go out. It's small but comfy. The staffs are really helpful.

Simple, but well organized sleep capsules with locker for luggage, showers, and comfortable mattress, sheets, towel, etc. I had some concern about security since there are not doors, but a lowered shade that separates the sleeper from outside the capsule. But I put my valuables by my head and all was well. Ear plugs may be needed since snoring nearby may be heard. I would stay there again since the price is right.
