Nice hotel, near central market, dataran merdeka and also Jamek mosque. We get upgrade room from hotel staff, from without window to room with room. Alhamdulillah. Thank you cosmo hotel!

Very clean and perfect place. Nearby the line commuter very easy to go anywhere in Kuala Lumpur. Definitely recommend. And would like to stay when in Kuala Lumpur

Everything was good, is my 5-6th stay I think. It's just the carpet seeping but I'm too lazy to change the room so yeah. Overall still great experience.

The water leaked from the bathroom and the room service did not bother to inform the hotel management until we complained. We appreciate the manager at that day that transferred us to other room but its kind a late for us. We might not want to return back again.
