Water leak at shower and knob too tight. Soap dispensor also not function. TV inside the room no function. The worst part after feedback to the staff no action. Taken. The above is not complaint or condemn, feedback to improve. Before issue room to guest must audit the facility. Thank you.

The place is close to lots of restaurants and other shops. However there is no direct access with public transport. It’s advisable to use Grab.

The room lighting and workstation need improvement. Indeed it’s a budget hotel but better lights can be installed to make the place conducive for work. A desk should be large enough to accommodate laptop and documents while working. Lots of watermarks on the ceiling most likely due to leaking and the floor have started to decay from not keeping the place dry. The room is dusty with lots of areas not cleaned properly. The room needs serious effort in terms of maintenance.

You get what you pay. Love the water dispenser outside. Spacious bathroom for a single room. Location is great as you can find banks, food court, restaurants, pubs nearby.

Family room for 4 people but got only 1 power point. TV cannot change the channel, watch only TV2. Indoor aircon and outdoor compressor very noisy, cannot sleep. 3rd floor has no water dispenser.
