Amazing stay!!! Worth every penny spent

Awesome place to stay, comfortable and clean. Amazing experience

+ Location: Near Chulia Food Street Market, Nasi Kandar 24 hours, Famous Chendol, Chowrasta Market. Everything in walking distance, or you can just grab a car for just RM5. + Easy to check in and check out. Nice and friendly receptionist. They don’t provide breakfast but there’s a RM5/ night voucher that you can use in their convenience store. Yes, they have mini groceries store on the first floor. Convenient, right? + Bed was okay. The most comfortable stairs to climb to the bunk bed. No pain. Pillow was nice. They use memory foam pillow. The quilt is quite thin to my preference. But still okay because the temperature inside the bed isn’t too cold. Just a breeze of air conditioner. I do appreciate the fact that the aircon is always on even after you take out the card. So when you go back after a sunny Penang weather, voila, your room is always cool. - Bathroom cleanliness. Everything is quite acceptable, toilet was okay, bathroom working well. But on my second night, more guests checking in and it start to wet and smelly in the bathroom. In terms of facility is okay, but cleanliness could improve.

The check in process was fast and the receptionists were v helpful. They were friendly and informative, not much or less. Lavish provides me with (1) sandal for internal use, located in the locker near the lift in G floor, (2) luggage locker near your capsule, (3) safe deposit box in your capsule, (4) bathroom set and 2 bottles of water, (5) they have fancy capsule, (6) RM5 Voucher per night of your stay! (I received RM15 for its cafe and minimart). For travelers, I understand that it is v important to know the power socket available in your hotel and that's my query all along wondering if I could charge my devices or not (since we all use our phone for everything!), thank Lavish that it has the same power socket with Indonesian type. Nonetheless, Lavish also has 2 usb plug for you to use in your capsule. You can set the lamp inside your capsule too! As a disclaimer, I visited Lavish in August 2019, stayed for 3 nights, and the bonus may differ one moment to other. Note: It doesn't provide you with in-capsule tissue and therefore, you gotta prepare/ purchase it yourself. I thought every capsule has TV but I don't know how it works lol. Finally, it was a good time staying in Lavish.

It was very comfy and clean. I would love to go back there again if I have the opportunity to visit Penang again. I forgot to take picture of the shower room, but it's clean.

super nice stay and cosy. what I feel was that the bar downstairs a bit noisy after midnight. you could hear from your capsule. if you are tired and can doze off quickly I think that's fine though. vouchers were given to buy things from the cafe :) staff were friendly and clean spaces

Cleanliness is very good. The staff is very kind.

The hotel is not located in Lebuh Chulia. Very strategic if every night there is a place to eat that is very busy on the road. And all recommendations. Then the room is Komtar's view. The rooms are also clean, safe, and very comfortable with lots of CCTV every corner.

Okay how come the place, 1 capsule 1 person, quite comfortable. There are for 2 people too.
