Upon check-in, you are required to bring Boarding Pass. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.
General Check-in Instructions
1. This transit hotel is only for guests on transit or departing to an international flight. 2. Guests are required to produce the boarding pass of their next flight upon check-in. 3. If you are on transit, please ensure you check through your baggage to your next destination, as the baggage claim area will be located after custom and immigration. 4. Please be aware that KL International Airport ( KLIA Airport Terminal ) and klia2 Airport Terminal are not connected. Your checked-in luggage cannot be retrieved if you stay in the transit hotel. 5. Guests with connecting flight from klia2 Airport Terminal need to go pass klia2 custom and immigration zone and take the train either via KLIA Express or KLIA Transit, towards KLIA Airport Terminal. 6. Guests with connecting flight from klia2 airport terminal or domestic are required to check in their luggage and present their next flight boarding pass (international only) before entering KLIA Airport Terminal, Satellite Building.

The hotel stuff didn't treat me like a guest at a 5 star hotel. I got different answers from different people of hotel stuff for the same question. The inventory if the room is old.

Great location for early morning flight out of klia 1. Bed is OK, a little worn out. They provide 24 hour buggy to klia 1 terminal.

Limited buggy service from airport to terminal at late night force I need to walk to the hotel to avoid long queue. Fast check in & check out, nice buffet breakfast selection. Room a bit outdated but clean.

I had good experience stay here. The receptionist was very nice. The information very helpful. Beautiful hotel. Great location for anyone want to short staycation in Sepang. Great facilities. Free buggy to KLIA. And most important thing is soundproof room.
