Tandarason Resort & Country Club management should let all the staff to access the online reservation to check whether there are booking received via online to avoid this matter to happen to other guest. I booked a room via online and on the day check in the room happen to be fully booked. The reason given was only the manager is able to access the online reservation. Anyway the room still nice to stay. Thank you management.
