Such a great experience since I got free room upgrade from Studio to Junior Suite with a great view. Thank you so very much 🙏. This is an old hotel but still well managed, the location is near from Gleneagles Hospital and Gourney Drive Beach.

We have an enjoyable trip here! Hotel was great with nice old theme interior, wooden chair, table, furniture. Breakfast was nice. Staff was also very helpful. When I arrive, I was given room with smoke-smell, then I complained and they gave us non-smoking floor and get us upgraded from Studio Suite to Junior Suite. We love the pool a lot in floor 9. Must try!

Room was okay, a bit dusty on floor even in toilet, wifi connection cannot access at all, for me its okay and hope hotel can improve and focus on this in future. Keep it up.

The only thing that is liked is that there is a regular food jacuzzinya, the location is also less strategic so thankfully there is a rental car so it can go anywhere, Minus the initial time to enter the room with a hot room, the AC setting is also rather difficult cass the keys are difficult to make settings, Muangan already the whole price of the day ditapi day can not can not, already complained there was no officer who came.

I booked a stay here as the hotel looked impressive in the photos, and being a 4-star hotel I expected things to be good. The staff: right from the offset, the front desk staff were not friendly, unsmiling. Things remained that way throughout my stay. Only the security guard / valet was courteous. The rooms: The 2 rooms given to me, like the hotel itself, are dated and are from the condition they look like in the photos. I asked for non-smoking rooms but was given rooms on a smoking floor. View from the rooms are amazing, and the jacuzzi is okay. But the positives stop there. Carpet in hallway looks filthy and smells of cigarette smoke and alcohol. The breakfast: Extremely disappointing. I would expect a 4-star all suite hotel to provide butter, not margarine. Variety is alright, but falls far below expectations.

I was having a wonderful time staying in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The sea view from the room is mesmerising. The jacuzzi was working really well. The breakfast was okay. All in all, this hotel is a great place to stay.

At best, there is plenty of parking, only the parking doors will be locked after 11pm, so users with strollers should go down the stairs, otherwise ok.
