We have completed guestroom and restaurant renovation and are in our final stage of facility improvement. During October 11, 2019 to January 31, 2020 we will be upgrading our elevators. The hotel with operate as usual and use of heavy tools is only allowed during 10.00 to 17.00 hours.

The hotel is quite good, the staff also so friendly we were able to check in early since our flight arrived at 10 AM. There is no toothpaste and brush as well as hotel sandals, we need to pay extra to get it. The breakfast is also so so in variety, so if you get a chance to choose I think without breakfast is better.

On arival and Chek-in the Room was occupied with a sleeping Man. I had to wait 20 minutes for a New Room. This Room had two Single Bed Not kingsize like I booked. Very dissapointing stay.

I sincerely enjoyed my stay at La Mai hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were more than accommodating. The room was spacious and clean with a large sliding window to enjoy the cool Chiang Mai breeze at night. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a choice of American or Thai cuisine from the buffet. The front desk manager came in to the restaurant and offered me an omelet. An option I wasn't aware of til he suggested it. And if that's not enough, I was graced with the lovely hotel manager offering me help and checking up with me constantly to make sure I was enjoying my experiences in Chiang Mai. Lots to do in this town, and a more than comfortable hotel to return to when you're done exploring the grandeur of this beautiful city and it's surroundings.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a prblem about TV channels they came and fixed straight away. The hotel has a nice location and near by the airport. The room for 3 was wonderful and clean. Plus, there was a reasonable price.
