Strategic location. Friendly staff. Clean and comfort room.

Great location. Everything is clean. Supportive staff. Just one thing that needs to be improved is the lady in reception can have more beautiful eyes. Her stare at me was very unfriendly. Also if their English speaking skill can be improved that would be perfect.

Pros:- Big Size of the room.- Complimentary (snacks inside the room, very tasty free coffee in the lobby)- Playground is clean and wonderful.- Good view and easy to find when order online transportation.- Warm welcome on the TV using your name.

The room are bit a dark and the toilet door can pinched hand.

All the staffs were very friendly and helpful. One staff who welcomed me spoke very good English, and others I've met spoke or at least understood basic English, which helped a lot. At my departure time, the concierge staff even had a bellboy bringing my suitcases to nearest bus stop (unfortunately forgot to ask their names). Room was also very clean, and I could ask my food reheated without charge. Unfortunately, they did not provide halal food for breakfast, so I didn't try any food there. Overall I had a very pleasant stay, much thank you and hope to stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok.
