So good, very clean and comfortable, the price was very cheap and around guesthouse is near convenience stores.

Before we checking in the staff didn't give us enough information. The A/C didn't that cool enough, even it's 16° nice room, wide enough for only 400 baht which is you can find it in Bangkok. Near the spot places.

Apart from the fact the guesthouse owned taxi tried to cheat me for an agreed price for the taxi to the bus station. In the end I had to argue and they relented. Should not have had to go through that ordeal. Otherwise, generally good people.
