Actually the size and room facility was very nice. However I've found that bedsheets and towels was dirty and looks gross.

Naka Residence is located in Phuket Town area, quite a loner as there's no other hotel nearby. As we're travelling with young children, this hotel suits us well rather than the crowded Patong Beach area. No beach view? No problem, as we only need to have a quiet place to sleep between the islands tours where you can see and feel the better beaches. From this hotel, walk north around 900 meters and you'll find Central Phuket Mall. If you're here on the weekend, walk south around the same distance to Phuket Weekend Night Market. The hotel itself is very clean. The corridor, the room, the bed, the bathroom, all perfect. The lady in the reception is very friendly and helpful, in case you need additional pillow or want to use the safe box in the room. Unfortunately there is no Concierge here, so you'll have to carry your luggage(s) by yourself to the room (can be on 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor) and there's no elevator. :D Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Naka Residence. Thumbs up!!

New accommodation, clean, spacious room, strong flammable, can be used. The air conditioner is cool but doesn't keep much sound. near from convenience store Suitable for people with private cars Not far from the old town. A little away from Central Phuket.

The air conditioner is loud, not cool at all. Book a double bed and get a single bed. Otherwise it's ok.
