The hotel was undergoing renovation. We have a room next to a room getting renovation down. So the hallways smell like paint and there were loud noises too. Our room did not have a working room. Took over 2 hour just to get a technician and tried to solve it but was still not working. Asked for a different room but was not granted till the next morning. Reception took really long to responds. Very disappointed with the service. Did not even get compensated after.

The hotel is good, location is good. Food OK, just one the lobby staff work a slow, especially a man that work as receptionist, that work on the day I want open room, he look confused with his work, I just want open room, but I wait so long, and at the end he call manager for doing his job, if you want easy and fast check in, this hotel is not option.

Room was dirty and smelly. Some lights not working, furniture almost collapsed, sofa dirty, stained sheets. Hopefully the hotel will renovate the whole building soon. The only good thing is it 's location.

We booked 2 Deluxe rooms which were newly redesigned. The twin-bed one was OK but the queen-bed one was too dark, not enough light in the room. Other than that overall the hotel is good although it was a bit running down. Location is perfect, literally behind Siam Paragon and next to Siam Square One. Plenty foods and stores around. Easy reach by car and bts.
