The location is good and the room is clean though not quite big. The receptionist is not friendly but helpful enough.

Business travel
This hotel is located in the business area. It's nice and quite but bit far from the BTS station. But the quietness also can be seen from the type of guests. They are either single or couple or family travelers. I like it, because it makes hotel not so busy and noisy.

Family vacation
My new favorite mid priced hotel in Bangkok If you're looking for a hotel near the Sky bar and are on a budget, the Novotel fenix hotel is for you. The hotel is very clean from lobby to room and everything in between. The breakfast every morning was delicious, fresh and well prepared. The gym is adequate for a quick workout and the cardio equipment was efficient. My room was on the 20th floor and was very large. The bed was firm, linens clean, bathroom sterile and the couch was large enough for a guest. Oum is the very friendly lady who checked me in and was able to upgrade me, I'm very thankful for her assistance and help. I will always stay at this property when visiting Bangkok.
