Location very strategic & convenient. Room is clean but small spacious & hair dryer couldn’t function.

Actually, I stayed this hotel more than 10 times but this time I felt not so good as it should be. Might be because of they opened for more than 4 years already and need some renovate or change but they didn't take action yet. Pillow is quite old and loose. Uncomfortable as it should be. Hair dryer was broke and burn when I want to use. Smell of burn is came out. 3 in 1 soap bottle case in bathroom was weak and when I push it, it suddenly broke. However, I don't want to say it is a complaint but I want hotel to take some action to change those supplies since it almost times out.

This hotel is small but very convenient to travel and buying things from Seven Eleven shop. It is near Silom nightlife bars clubs. I stay here everytime I go to Bangkok.

We acknowledged that it is a budget hotel and tried to keep our expectations to the lowest and honest to god we dare say that we have been doing some cleaning of our own in the room every day. And we also noticed that the linens were not changed everyday and we closed an eye. However to our horrors, on the day of checking out around 1pm the receptionist by the name of ms natty told us to pay for cleaning fees and claimed we dirtied the linen! And showed a photo with a red towel background which does not even belong to us! Then flipped another picture of small stains which she claimed we have to pay 700 baht to clean it! We asked her why do we need to pay for cleaning as should linen be cleaned normally? She then raised her voice and said why don’t we take it and clean it ourselves in the lobby! We were very disappointed with her and told her to bring us to the room to see the stains which she said is impossible to remove. She did not and then said she would cancel it! We have paid 100baht for extension of check out time to 1pm which the receptionist said would have been free! We only need to pay because we booked through app! We felt being treated unfairly or punished for booking via app! If don’t uphold the same standard as any other guest, we will be the first to choose other apps!

Good location. 7-11 locate on front of this hotel you can walk within 1 mins. If you want to eat scoozi the original homemade pizza it’s beside 7-11 also. Bed is very comfortable. All staffs are very kind and very very friendly. This hotel also have a parking lot under the building. your car always cool.

the room is clean and neat. the staffs are nice and helpful. the hotel provides hair dryer, safe deposit box and mini fridge. no bottled water provided though. but you can get it at 711 downstairs.. and also, chong nonsi bts station is within walking distance
