Tidak menyangka kamarnya cukup luas dan memiliki garasi mobil sendiri di dalam kamar. Saya datang larut malam dan proses check-in lancar dan stafnya juga sangat membantu. Kalau saya tidak ke sini untuk transit, mungkin saya akan menginap setidaknya selama 2 malam. Suka sekali.

Ya Tuhan! Pasti akan kembali setidaknya sehari sebelum penerbangan saya saat berikutnya saya mengunjungi Kuala Lumpur! Kamarnya super keren, pelayanannya luar biasa, bahkan mereka menyediakan shuttle bus gratis ke bandara. Saya sangat merekomendasikan bagi Anda yang mungkin akan tiba larut malam di bandara Kuala Lumpur atau mungkin akan berangkat pagi hari untuk menginap di hotel ini. Saya pribadi pasti akan kembali lagi! ❤.

The hotel was fine we booked it for one reason to get the shuttle bus to the airport. We booked ourselves on the 6am bus to arrive and find the bus was full. It was chaos a second bus was there but no driver it took me to bring it to the attention of the staff and they were ringing the driver but no answer. I got a taxi myself the staff need to sort who coordinate the shuttle buses

I didn’t have an hairdryer in our I asked at reception for one 5.30pm it still hadn’t been delivered by 8pm. Called reception from room to ask where it was. A gentleman came to bring said hairdryer only to barge in the room saying he wanted to check that it wasn’t in the place it should have been. My wife was naked apart from her pants standing next to her bed when he barged in. He turned around only to say oh my god, oh my god!!! My wife shouted to him I don’t believe it… Got in bed to cover herself up! We complained to the hotel manager only to be told we had lied. The young man was of Pakistani/Bangladesh origin it was a way that he would have behaved like in his own country! Totally unacceptable & no apology…

Personale meget venligt og super dejligt og stort pool område. Værelset er dog til den meget kedelige side. Det var rent nok men ikke engang en flaske vand var der i køleskabet og håndklæde til håndvask manglede. Værelser er placeret i lange barakbygninger som er meget lydt. Måtte bruge mit badehåndklæde.

The beds shook when a plan took off, constant banging doors, shouting. Bed uncomfortable. Would like to say worse night sleep in a hotel for a while but with all the noise, I wouldn’t call 2 hours of interrupted sleep a night’s sleep. Not staying here again and already informing colleagues to avoid.
