This unit is a 1BR urban loft at Eton Residences, Legaspi St., Makati, right behind Greenbelt 1 (across from David's Tea House/Yellow Cab Pizza/KFC/BonChon/Mercury Drug/LBC/Laundromat/Starbucks/Pancake House). Across the street you will have every dining, nightlife and retail option at your doorstep. Cinemas, Legaspi Park, Ayala Museum, bars, a Sunday/weekend market, a spa, laundromat/drycleaners are all a stone's throw away. Coming for work? This home is a short walk away from most offices in Makati. Uber, GrabTaxi, cabs are everywhere for your convenience as well. You will be welcomed with crisp, freshly laundered, hotel-quality linen, pillows, towels and toiletry.
