Near shopping and restaurants .staff was helpful and friendly.

Had an issue with a couple of charges from the minibar i didnt consume and made a complaint, they quickly apologized and reversed the charges. Excellent staff, excellent facility. Top not experience. Highly recommend

Great place only outshone by it's wonderful staff

I absolutely loved this property and had decided it will be the only place that i will stay while in manila. I recentlt visited for a night prior to flying to coron for a resort. I upgraded my package to the presidential suite and the room was exceptional. The only issue ive had is i checked my email and receipt emailed to me. I had two alocholic charges from the minibar totaling almost 60 usd i did not drink charged to me. I only drink vodka given the chance and had unlimited drinks through the lounge access and there were charges for gin and beer. I dont drink gin and i hate beer. So either the minibar was improperly itemized and that burden placed ob me, or a housekeeper etc., took the drinks after my leaving. Ive had nothing but exceptional experiences here and emailed the property waiting for a response. I paid close to 800 for a single night and spend the extra money for lounge access so 60 dollars isnt an issue due to the amount, i simply do not like being stolen from/ charged for things i did not use. I am waiting to see the hotels response to my email regarding this issue. I am hopeful they will rectify this.

Whenever we visit the Philippines, we stay here because of amenities, proximity to places we need to go and the staff

The bathrooms do NOT HAVE ventilation. The rooms smell MUSTY and owners should check for black mold. I felt sick whenever I walked into the room because of the room’s odor. I wish I could take a picture of the smell.

Location, comfort and customer service made for an excellent stay.

We usually stay at Fairmont whenever in Manila. The team in the Gold Lounge are usually predictive in terms of service. But this time around with a fairly new team, I'd say, service is not 'attuned' to the needs of the guest. This can be 'relative', since the manager it seems is on leave. And one of the senior staff is assigned elsewhere. Nevertheless, it is no excuse, since Fairmont's relatively warm, and attentive service were the main reason we favor it over Shangri-La. Furthermore, for some strange reason, the 'room service' food smell coming from the hallway, keeps finding its way inside the room. Hence, the room smelled like food. Could it be that the Back of the House doesn't bus out soiled dishes sooner? Maybe so. I've noticed guests leaving the gold lounge for instance, and their used plates took at least 30 minutes to be bussed out. Fairmont needs to go back to basics!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse, très propre et équipée de nombreux équipements de qualité qui ont rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et attentionné. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, proche de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Amazing place to stay

Stayed here twice before and noticed each time the standard has diminished. Not sure if the business reinvest to upkeep in maintenance and improvements. Probably due for some soon? Not complaining but simply giving an honest feedback.

As always, the staff was reliably friendly and helpful. The room decor is a just a bit dated, but clean and well-maintained. Great breakfast buffet and workout facility. This is my main go-to whenever visiting Makati.

The staff were always so friendly, attentive and helpful. I have stayed at other hotel in the Makrati area and from now forward, it will only be this one. The pool is excellent, as is the breakfast and spa. The lobby is great for candid work meetings as well. The room is spacious and clean.

Great staff and location

Very accommodating. Front desk extended my check out to 4pm to give me time to shop and pack. Very friendly and respectful staff. The hotel itself is nice but could need a little sprucing for a high-end hotel.
