We’ve stayed regularly the past few years, and staff takes the trouble to recall our names and even that we prefer outside dining at the plentiful breakfast buffet. Coffee shop at the lounge is faster than Starbucks! Enjoy the rooftop view at sunset for cocktails or a meal. Rooms are clean and roomy enough for an extended business trip. Easy access to walk or taxi to meetings. I like that drinking water is provided in a spouted jug, rather than wasting so many plastic bottles. The kitchenette is set up for cooking meals during a stay, not just warming up restaurant leftovers, and we walked to grocery stores. Besides restaurants in Ayala North mall and Greenbelt, plenty of fun eateries within several blocks; we tried Japanese, British pub, and Indian this trip in addition to Filipino food. We’ll be back!

I needed to get my medications picked up from the pharmacy and they offered to have One of their Concierge go to the Pharmacy. It’s very touching. I would improve though their breakfast . It’s plenty but needs some refinement. Other than that I love the rooms, it’s clean.

Excited to do a review. Great and pleasant experience. Must say its VALUE for the money. With excellent daily buffet breakfast. Are they gonna kill me!!!! Hahaha. Pampered with extra mile service. Manager PJ went beyond explaining about the hotel. danica and Sha were my morning angels, so attentive to my needs by bringing me fresh mangoea or bananas not in the buffet. The room was fantastic. aC super super excellent. Security and staff assistance is felt always. Would love to stay in this hotel again. Seda Makati. Thank you. Lovely place

The property was nice and conveniently but unfortunately, the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner dispenser was totally empty.
Called the reception, was informed that the housekeeping will provide but even after calling the 2nd time, it never arrived.
There was no hot water in the shower, informed the receipt but to no avail.
I just left the hotel in the morning feeling disgusted for another hotel. Will never return to this property.

Todo el.personal del hotel es de nota alta (notable),pero la.gerencia del.hotel tiene que solventar cosas relacionadas con la.organizacion.
El fin de semana subes a desayunar y el resturante es pequeño para la apacidad de clientes que hay( sabado y domingo tienes que gacer cola para desayunar).
Y para lo que pagas por noche deberia haber aguas pequeñas en la habitacion ,nonla garrafa que ponen de 2 litros .
A parte no ponen toallas de mano si no lo solicitas solo ponen de vaño.

全体的に良かった。部屋も広くサービスが良い。隣の部屋のメンテナンスでシンナーのにおいがあったが、すぐに部屋を変更してくれました。タオルはバスタオルのみなので、洗面用のハンドタオルがあるとさらに良いとおもいました。
