Due to covid-19 can't contact hotel staff and no any response / feedback from hotel staff for amendment. First and last time also, never stay here anymore. Good bye Capsule Pod China town.

Bathroom need more maintenance, women hard to climb, plis give the lower side bed for the woman cust. Breakfast good, man staff good.

We weren't granted to do an early check in which is fine. Since the check in is still 2pm, for the room the staff were very nice to offer different room since I feel kind of suffocated since the room is very close and doesn't have natural lighting. I expect too much with the room since its furama. But over all our stay is good. Stuff is also nice and approachable. Maybe in the future we'll get the room that has natural lighting and not feeling suffocated and lastly we can hear the other room. Hope the room is more soundproof so we can't hear anything from the other rooms.

Friendly staff, great location. However, the room is small and no window but it ' s okay.

Good room, friendly & efficient reception, housekeeping and club lounge services. Connected to a mall. Nice place to stay!

The receptionist is not polite, the room is smelly, there is no lift, the shower water is very small.

The receiption is very friendly and the location is near to the MRT exit.
