This hotel is very near with the center of Lembang. The hotel is very clean and satisfying, except the breakfast. The foods needs to improve for its taste, its restaurant itself (more spacious would be fine), and cleanliness in restaurant. But overall already good to stay around Lembang.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. As usual, the room is very comfy & homey. Their facility is classic hotel. Location is strategic, near Paris van Java mall & ZEN. My bedroom is spacey, bed is very comfy AC working fine, hot water available, full amenities, there is safety deposit box & mini fridge. There are electric kettle, teabags, creamery, sugar & complimentary water bottle every day. Staffs are friendly and helpful. This time, the wifi in the bedroom is a bit stronger, but during night time, the wifi's connection tends to be slow. It makes it really difficult for me since I am working remote as well. So, internet connection is important for me. I hope the hotel can install additional devices to make the wifi signal stronger until inside of the bedrooms. Overall, I enjoy my stay here. Recommended!

We had a good times staying at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, room is spacious and clean, food taste good even though didn't really have many option on the menu, the view is really awesome. And my kids enjoy the little playground. Thanks for the great experience. 😂

Lokasi strategis, lift lancar, kamar bersih, water heater baik, hanya Ac kamar tidak dingin (perlu perhatian). Restaurant 24jam, bisa order untuk makan sahur. Overall selain Ac kamar, semua baik dan bersih.

+ Affordable, great location, delicious room service foods.- soundproofing needs improvement (walking noise on the aisle, doorbell sound from next room), tight parking space, internet speed could be a little bit faster.

New and nice hotel, excellent food and beverage service especially from Mba Revi. Porridge, Coffee, Potato Mushroom Creamy Lemon Fish taste quite good.
