I think my overall experience still be the same, it was a pleasant stay, and always satisfied with the team's friendly and warm welcoming you when you arrived, I don’t need to wait for a long time to check-in, and the team very responsive when you need this and that. Also this my second time tried the mobile key feature which is very awesome that you can have a key in your mobile phone also a chat feature that connects you to the hotel directly.

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The view was amazing. The room was clean, with a cool air conditioner. Their staffs are so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and had so many varieties. My kids love the pool. This staycation was nice amazing! Keep up the good work.

I really love this hotel. Immaculate, clean and great place to stay. Room is spacious... The hotel is new, therefore everything is in tip-top condition. The staff are very courteous and obliging. Breakfast was abundant... with a lot of varieties... Will definitely be my choice in Medan. Keep up the good work.

It was very nice experience can stay on this hotel, I take 3 bed room and stay together with all my family member they all happy. Breakfast good and many choices for the local food with nice taste. Just only way and road go to this hotel always traffic. all staff hotels is friendly and nicely and also there is have shuttles and free transportation from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport. If I come back to medan i will stay again to this hotel, thank you very much.
